**Word count excludes the abstract, citations, bibliographies, and standard boilerplate sections. Figure legends are counted, while table text is reviewed but not counted. Flat project rates may be offered for long-form or recurring submissions.
*Discounts and special rates are available in several cases: returning clients may receive a loyalty discount after two completed projects; departmental discounts are offered for groups within the same institution; and referral rewards provide credit toward future work. Reduced rates may also be available for graduate students and postdocs.

My name is Ashley (Ash) B. Williams, PhD, and I am the founder of Veriplicity Editing. I personally complete all editing work to ensure a high level of consistency, scientific rigor, and attention to detail. This one-to-one model allows me to provide thoughtful, context-aware editing tailored to each client’s goals and discipline.
I hold a Ph.D. in microbiology and genetics and have extensive experience in academic research, scientific publishing, and grant writing, including successful SBIR proposals. Over the years, I have worked with faculty, postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, and early-stage companies across a wide range of scientific fields.
